Welcome to the Santa Cruz County Premier Futbol Club, committed to the development of the dedicated youth soccer players of Santa Cruz County Soccer. Sir Isaac Newton once said "If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants". We have been handed a wonderful organization through the hard work of those that have come before us. Our goal is to continue to attain the next level, gaining Regional and National recognition, for the quality of player and person that we field.

About Us - By-Laws & Philosophy Our goal has always been to develop complete players that Santa Cruz County will be proud to call alumni. This requires us to commit to character development as well as technical and tactical excellence. Our bylaws state "The specific purpose of this Club shall be to develop, promote, and govern the game of soccer among youth between U-10 and U-19 at the Class One developmental and competition levels of play".

Accordingly, the SCCPFC will maintain a foundational principle, borrowed from the Positive Coaching Alliance, "Put the Player First!". By putting the player first, envisioning the entire player, mind and body, we will continue to develop great people and, in turn, great players. In accordance with our philosophy, we have adopted BY-LAWS (PDF) in order to establish and maintain professional operating procedures.
