U13 Girls
Vs. Pleasanton Rage Lost 4:0
Vs. Cal Odyssey 92 White Won 3:0
Vs. Stockton Stars Lost 4:0

The U13s Coach Jay Gomez said that Alex Koontz was player of the weekend with any outstanding work rate. Mandy Cole a new player to the U13 Breakers had a tremendous weekend of soccer as well. Though they did not advance, the U13 Breakers played hard.

U11 Girls
Vs. DVSC Lost 1:0
Vs. Placer United Won 2:0
Vs. Pleasanton Rage Tied 1:1

Taylar Wilhelmson had a fantastic work rate and did a tremendous job
throughout the weekend playing a number of positions. Defender Nicole Bare
did an outstanding job playing sweeper on the defense. Coach Ashley Edgar said
that his defense did a solid job preventing shots from up close. All
the goals scored on the Breakers were shots from far out. Christy Goldberg
had an outstanding game against Placer with a goal and an assist. Jimena
Gonzalez
had what coach Edgar called the goal of the year with a tremendous
head ball goal. Aaryon Ashworth scored nice goal to give lead against
Pleasanton in the third game.

U12 Girls
Vs. Bullard Magic - 1-0 Win
Vs. Heritage Magic - Tie 0-0
Vs. MDSL Velocity - Tied 1-1

The U12 girls had a great weekend in Hanford, unfortunately missed out by
goal differential from moving to the next round. They gave up only one goal all
weekend.

U11 Boys (Bye in first round)

U13 Boys
Ceres Earthquakes Lost 1:0
Sacramento United Extreme Won 6:0
Pleasanton United Won 3:1

A great weekend of soccer was played by the U13 Boys. After allowing an early
goal in their first game against the Ceres Earthquakes they dominated the
game though still losing 1:0. They then turned on the offense and won their
second game 6:0. They also won their third game Sunday morning 3:1. Though not advancing to the second round of State Cup, Coach Kurt Munoz was very happy with his teasm. “Our defense was outstanding. It was a very good tournament for us. As a team we played great. I was very happy with everyone’s effort.”
