January 11, 2006
1. Call to order by Larry Johnson at 7:15 PM+
2. Attendance: Members present:

3. President’s Report – Larry Johnson
3.1. Highlighted the League Meeting
4. Website Update- -Matt McDowell
4.1. Discussion of items that we should offer on line
4.2. Matt will continue to post coach staff bio’s
5. Y League Update – Bob Evans
5.1. Update on status for spring
5.2. Tentative schedules discussed – available dates per month
requested by Y League administration
5.3. Phil will book field space with the County and Paolo will
get Cabrillo as much as possible, and Bob Evans will get field
needs to Phil by Jan.
17th
5.4. Collecting the $150 per player and using a scholarship
form was discussed.
5.5. Need for scholarships was discussed and putting the scholarship
form on the website.
5.6. The need for a managers meeting for Y League issues was
determined and Bob Evans will organize.
6. Treasurer’s Report – Bob Evans
6.1. Reviewed budget report that was distributed to BOD
6.2. Bob requested BOD input on proposed budget
7. Coaching Director’s Report, Paul Holocher
7.1. Try out schedule was distributed and will be put on website
as soon as Paul can update and get to Matt McDowell
7.2. Paul reviewed his coaching staff for upcoming year
7.3. Coaching licenses were reviewed as was the need for several
boys coaches to have their licenses updated by the Feb review
date with the
League.
8. Kim made a motion was made to pass the boys coach assignments,
as long as commitments are made to maintain their licenses.
Coaches were
voted upon and passed unanimously.
9. Coaching Director’s Report, Paolo Carbone
9.1. List of coaches for girls teams was reviewed
10. Matt made a motion to pass the girls coach assignments
and pay for license fees for Mike Arzabal for his C license.
Coaches
were voted upon
and passed unanimously.
11. Abronzino League Update – Bob Poser
11.1. We have Morgan Hill Soccer complex through 2006
12. Corporate Fundraising – Jay Gomez
12.1. Review of golf tournament planning for 2006 and ideas
such as new events like a wine-tasting
13. Fundraising – Larry Johnson will work on updating fundraising
form with Michelle Lee
14. Field Coordinator Report – Phil Furniss
15. Registrar’s Report, Kim Graff
15.1. League and our club will be more strict with licensing
in the future
15.2. Now need paperwork 9 days before tournament for transfer
16. A motion was made to change the fee to $25 for joining
SCCPFC after January 1 only if previously registered with the
County
League. Motion
passed unanimously.
