1. Call to order by Larry Johnson
2. Attendance: Board Members present:
Larry Johnson, President and tournament director
Larry Busch, Vice President
Jay Gomez, Corporate Fundraiser
Kim Graff, Registrar
Michelle Lee, Fundraising Director
Gary Redenbacher, Treasurer
Bob Evans, Abronzino Representative
Matt McDowell, Communications Director
Teresa Gaims, Secretary
Mark Hogenhout, DIII Liason

3. Approval of Minutes:
February 12, 2007; Minutes approved.

4. President’s Report: Larry Johnson: Morgan Hill will have 11 fields for 5-10 more years. Larry Johnson is new treasurer for the league. Larry Biggam is helping out while they are waiting for league president. Play…Super Soccer has been suggested as the vendor for soccer uniforms. Motion made to rework contract, which is currently unacceptable. Motion is seconded. Y League is going well. Next month Board will discuss NPSL and how it fits in with the Breakers. Future college night will be organized. Manager's meeting- all went well.

5. Vice-President's Report- Larry Busch: Socks are on the way from Taiwan.

6. Ambronzino Rep, Bob Evans: Approved teams. Next meeting will put together teams U15 and above.

7. Communication Director, Matt McDowell: Site is comming along well.

8. Treasurer, Gary Redenbacher: Budget needs to be tightened up. Suggests that Board doesn't spend money that isn't in budget. Shouldn't deficit spend. Look into finding more income. $25,000 in surplus. Line item for reserve is a good idea- recommends 5-10% per year until you receive the 50% reserve goal. Vote taken for Gary to move forward with preliminary numbers discussed for budget. Motion made. Motion seconded.

9. Registrar, Kim Graff: Scholarships will be decided at June meeting.

14. Next meeting was set for May 14th.
