2. Attendance: Board Members present: Larry Busch, Vice President Teresa Gaims, Secretary Phil Furniss, Field Coordinator 3. Approval of Minutes: May 14, 2007 minutes approved. 4. Coaching Director's Report- Paolo Carbone Top division of Ambronzino will have 6 teams. One age group will have 8 team. Next year will go down to 18 teams from 20 teams. Most breakers boys' teams are in the top division. Most girls' teams are in the top division as well. Next month $250.00 fee is due. Y League going well. One more big home weekend to manage. Perhaps next year, the girls teams would combine two age groups to form a team. Breakers would enter less girls' teams in Y League. US Club tournament will be held in January. Phil should book all turf fields for January 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th 5. Presidents Report - Larry Johnson: Scholarships approved for maximum of five per team for each Y League and for fall registration. Breakers Cup applications are in. 120 applicants. Meeting for Breakers Cup June 12th. U18 teams are going to regionals. Board approves giving team $1000.00 to help with trip. Several coaches have or are about to update their licenses. Approved $950.00 for reimbursement for Mark Hogenhout for his B license. 6. Vice-President's Report- Larry Busch: Three breakers board members were at the county league board meeting. Only two coaches required, but three are suggested. Short on referee and licensing clinics in county. Socks are arriving in the morning. Approved to sell extra socks for $7.00 after two free socks are given to each player. 7. Treasurer, Gary Redenbacher: With Y League registrations in and applicant fees in, our income looks solid. 8. Kim Graff, registrar Draft rosters are available for managers from Kim for Ambronzino registration. Has registered 345 players. We still don't have add or transfer capability. It is supposed to be up in two weeks. It will require two trips for each team. 9. Michelle Lee, Fundraising Director Is working on a flyer for the golf tournament. Breakers Gear is moving. Sell about $200.00 at NPSL games. 10. Phil Furniss, Field Coordinator Will not be using Good Shepherd. 11. Jay Gomez, Corporate Fundraising Teams really need to push the dinner.
