2. Attendance: Board Members present: 3. Approval of Minutes: June 11, 2007 minutes approved. 4. Coaching Director's Report- Paolo Carbone Field times can be adjusted. Most teams are at Good Shepherd. Older teams will be at Cabrillo. We aren't sure how many U9 developmental teams we will have. Training will be once 5. Presidents Report - Larry Johnson: County meeting was cancelled. Breakers Cup is 3 weeks away. 88 teams are entered. Rich Rhode has refs scheduled. Meeting 7pm Thursday at Lloyd's Tires. There are 3 requests for reimbursements for coaching licensing. Herman will be paid in full. Other two coaches will receive $500.00 each. Next meeting, the Board will discuss creating a more consistent policy regarding reimbursement. Watsonville store has changed ownership as of July 1st, and pick-ups will take place in Los Gatos. We will need to revisit out vendor for the fall. 12 teams have not picked up their socks yet. There are also extra socks too for sale for $7.00. 6. Ambronzino Rep, Bob Evans: Ambronzino meeting is rescheduled to July 17th. 7. Kim Graff, registrar Coaches need to get paperwork in two weeks ahead of time, instead of one week. 8. Matt McDowell, Communications Director: Will work on posting tournament scores during Breakers Cup. Stories are up regarding players who went to ESP and others players who have had some great experiences playing at high levels around the world. 9. Jay Gomez, Corporate Fundraising: Would like the Golf tournament link to be high up and visible on the Breakers website. Continual work is being done. Things are on track. It would nice to be able to pay straight from the website. Deadline for hole sponsors a week prior to tournament. Team baskets should be encouraged.
