1. Call to order by Larry Johnson

2. Attendance: Board Members present:

3. Approval of Minutes: The August 9, 2006 minutes were unanimously approved.

4. Presidents Report - Larry Johnson: A date for the 2006 AGM was discussed and Nov. 14 was agreed upon. Shoreline Middle School will be the location if available. Larry pooled members present to determine their desire to serve on the Board next year. Most members stated their desire to serve next year. Adding the position of Y-League coordinator to our Board was also discussed. This will be voted on at the AGM meeting.

5. Coaching Director's Report - Paolo Carbone: Paolo discussed the current situation of the U15 Boys White team and the subsequent coaching change. He also discussed Y League performance for this past season and the 2007 season. He informed the Board that we will have two teams, U14 & U15 boys, going to the Y League Nationals in Florida in the middle of November. The Board voted unanimously to donate $2500 to each team to help offset travel expenses.

6. Registrar- Kim Graff: She reported that we had 420 players registered. She also reported that before applying to State Cup, teams with international birth certificates must submit an international clearance waver form to CYSA.

7. Michelle Lee reported that Breakers gear sales are going very well.

8. Jay Gomez reported on the upcoming golf tournament taking place on Oct. 13.
