3. President's
Report - Larry Johnson:
- Larry introduces Margaret Price as new registrar as Kim Graff is stepping down.
- There will be an AGM meeting Next week.
- Larry Johnson attended the County Board meeting. He is on the Board of the County as treasurer. Paolo is still on board as district coordinator. Larry Biggam is on the board as well. Anne Fleisler is on the boardl.
- Larry will look into liability insurance for Board members for $385.00 a year.
- A request has been made from a team requesting a scholarship for a player who has not been able to pay fees. The Board agrees that this is not financially feasible, so we should offer resources and help to this team in fundraising ideas and solutions.
- Motion is made that we should raise registration fees $20.00 in order to accommodate US CLUB fees so that it doesn't take so much energy to recollect money for US CLUB cards. Motion passed.
- Motion is made to approve Kurt Munoz and Eric Bucchere as coaches of U10 and U11 Boys for 2008/2009 season. Motion is approved.
- Motion made to approve October meeting. Motion approved.
- Matt wrote a description of the new board position, equipment manager

- Larry is stepping down as President, but will remain on the board in his capacity as past President and tournament Director.
4.
Treasurer, Gary Redenbacher - Cushion is smaller than in the past, although the club is in a good situation.
5. Field
Coordinato, Phil Furniss - At the end of November, our contract with Good Shepherd will expire and will not be renewed.
6. Corporate Fundraiser, Jay Gomez - Jay reports that the golf tournament was successful and raised $50,000.
Jay will not be returning to the board. His work has been tremendous, and he will be sorely missed.
7. Fundraising Director, Michele Lee: Patches are needed for some uniforms. Larry Busch will look into purchasing patches.
Michelle will conduct an inventory of stock that is left.
There have also been requests for stocking caps.
8. Division 3 Liaison, Mark Hogenhout - Mark conducted a training session with the U14 Jaws prior to a scrimmage. It was a good connection and was a great experience for all the girls.
