3.1. Highlighted the progress the Club has made in the past year
3.1.1. New name and logo
3.1.2. Paolo as new Girls Coaching Director
3.1.3. New U-10 teams progress
3.1.4. Boys teams continue to do extremely well
3.1.5. Older Girls teams doing very well, younger Girls teams making progress
3.1.6. Multiple teams at tournaments together

4. Boys Coaching Director’s Report, Paul Holocher
4.1. Teams doing very well (review of each team)
4.2. Boys teams went to North Huntington Beach Tournament together
4.3. Working with College Coaches on behalf of older players
4.4. January date for College Night with D1, D2, D3 and JC representatives
4.5. Working on getting more players to play age pure
4.6. Preparing for new U-10 teams next year

5.1. Successful Class I tournament Listed Club’s successes
5.1.1. Cabrillo and UCSC
5.1.2. Made over $10K
5.1.3. Went very well
5.1.4. Applied for larger tournament next year, 1st weekend
6. Registrar’s Report, Kim Graff
6.1. 388 players registered, 10 girls teams and 14 boys teams
6.2. Will be more strict with deadlines in the future
6.3. League will be more strict with licensing in the future
6.4. Only for State Cup 5 (rather than 3) transfers allowed
6.5. Now need paperwork 9 days before tournament for transfer
7. C3 Liaison’s Report, Matt McDowell
7.1. Relationships and communication with C3 programs have improved
7.2. Goal of helping C3 coaches with info on players not making C1 teams more successful
7.3. End of year jamboree cancelled, will plan earlier next year
8. Referee Coordinator’s Report, Rich Rohde
8.1. To match improving level of players, need to improve attitude of coaches and spectators – driving away referees
8.2. Couple of serious incidents this year
8.3. Red card report – middle of the road
8.4. Referee evaluation next year
8.5. Emphasize developing referees in South County next year
8.6. German Plaza emphasized need for improvement in coaches and spectators behavior
8.7. Art Romswinkle, President of SCCSRA, distributed suggested material for coaches and spoke on serious problem of referee shortage and reasons it exists
9. Fundraising Director, Maureen Callanan
9.1. Main emphasis this year was fundraising sheet for each player
9.2. Starting to fundraise re obtain grants to help low income players and families
9.3. Have identified USSF foundation as possible target
10. Treasure’s Report, Bob Evans
10.1. See attached financial report
10.2. Should make about $5K+ this year – offset -$4K last year
11. Abronzino Representative’s Report, Tim Maximoff
11.1. Very little from Abronzino, no protests, Quiet
12. By-Laws, Amendments and additions;
12.1. From the Notice of the AGM, suggested bylaw change number 1 was unanimously defeated.
12.2. The remaining changes from the Notice or from the floor are reflected in the redlined Bylaws attached.
